We have a well defined, systematic evaluation system to ensure that standards of quality are constantly being met. This quality system has been in use at Cubix for over 30 years and has been enhanced over time to encompass the various disciplines of manufacturing, and the ever changing needs of our OEMs. Cubix adheres to a “no tolerance” policy for which we were audited and passed. We have achieved success in projects with our highly sensitive customers based on the discipline we maintain while adhering to our quality standards.

RoHS/WEEE

Cubix’s production activities and procurement efforts comply with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (ROHS) directive and WEEE directive. Our tough procurement policies and our rigorous inventory-management practices and material-management systems enable us to guarantee full compliance with RoHS / WEEE requirements.

Cubix has been ISO 9001 certified since 1997. This certification, recognized worldwide, fosters continuity and improvement year after year. Cubix was quick to embrace the ISO principle when it was first introduced. Starting from the “do it right” culture, eagerness to meet customer requirements and a self-control approach, achieving ISO 9001 certification was a natural evolution

ESD

We comply with the toughest electrostatic discharge-prevention program to eliminate any potential damage caused by static electricity. All our equipment is prepared, controlled and checked before being installed and turned over to production staff so as to ensure protection against static discharges. Our staff are trained and retrained in this field. Daily controls are conducted to ensure that all protective equipment is fully functional and used when appropriate.

IPC-A-610 Standard

Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies is the most widely used industry standard which describes materials, methods and verification criteria for producing high quality soldered interconnections for electronics products. One of Cubix’s commitments for quality is to ensure that our engineers are keeping up with the latest technological advances in electronics assembly through IPC-A-610 training. We also have Certified IPC-J-STD-001 IPC Trainer in-house to make sure all operators are well trained and follow IPC standards.
